Rescue 12. Respond to Medical. At 308, West Bay Street. Primary health care associates. Cross streets or Union Street and North Central Avenue. Patient has been having this symptom for about 24 hours. Current GCS of 15, last bottles are as follows. Heart rate of 95 sinus, and again 95% room air. Respiratory rate of 18, last blood pressure 120 over 77. Temperature of 97.1 and a blood sugar of 200. Patient does have IV axis, has been given normal saline fluids so far, nothing else given.
