Person unresponsive in car at senior center parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders are sent to the senior center parking lot on Washington Avenue North for a report of a person slumped over and unresponsive in a green 1990s Jeep. The license plate given over the radio appears to be registered to a gold Toyota Camry rather than the Jeep.
