Male patient left hospital with IV at trailer park

As discussed during the dispatch call, ontario EMS responded to a medical emergency near Route 104 at Mill Creek Manor Trailer Park, lot (number withheld), for a male patient who left a medical facility with an IV still in place. An advanced life support unit was also responding.
