Could it be a lost wallet or purse? It seems strange to have a 10:40am burglary. Perhaps an employee thinking that they inadvertently threw something important in the garbage. (I may or may not have thrown my own wallet in the garbage bin, only to chase the garbage truck down and retrieve my wallet.) It could be more nefarious but the timing is suspect!
