Trespassing complaint at Harmon Field pavilion

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a possible trespass at Harmon Field near North Willow Street, where a tent and shopping cart were reported under a park pavilion and believed to be occupied. Parks and Recreation staff plan to meet officers at the scene.
