Female patient with head injury transported to hospital

A 30-year-old female patient was transported by Medic 41 to Nebraska Medical Center due to a fall resulting in a minor head injury and small cut above her left eye. She has old neck and shoulder pain but only new pain around the eye. She was found at the bottom of some stairs but does not recall falling down them. Vital signs were stable upon transport.
