May 4 Engine O3. This is Mac4. Go ahead. Hey, May 4, Engine 03. We're on scene with an 8-year-old. She's normally nonverbal. She has a severe neurologic impairment. She's been laying in her bed with her oxygen on, and she's been having a heart rate fluttering around the 130s to 150s for over an hour. And the staff here at the Ashley House. State that she needs to be transported to St. Pete's. And they were requesting ambulance. She said she's been transported to AMR before. But just with the trade, we wanted to check with you guys to make sure she was an ALS transport. Her rate is about 130. Blood pressure was 185 over 35. Respirations were normal at 20 and 94 on her oxygen. And we have AMR 13 here ready to go. That sounds good BLS is fine. Okay, MET4 ended up Brady. She's also on a continuous TPN meeting. Any similar to love there? I double train. Perfect. Thank you.
