Car stuck on muddy road after driving through water

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a vehicle that became stuck after driving through water on a dirt road near the (number withheld) block of Northwest 110 Road. A tow truck was requested, and it appears there was no collision or injuries reported.
