Car reported racing on interstate then parked at apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a vehicle allegedly racing on the interstate before turning onto Whistle Way and parking behind an apartment complex. The vehicle reportedly did not return any results when its license plate was checked and remained parked at the location.
