He said he's planning to walk to Old Town, is now on the West Old Town Road, near 809, but his cell phone is almost dead at 4%, and it's only a 911 only phone. He then called us there was a police officer on scene with him and disconnected with us. He said he didn't know why he left tonight, that nothing had happened.
