(name withheld) couldn't give very good directions, but looking on Rapid, it was showing him to be calling from east of Virginia in between Northwest 8th and Park Place. They said it was grass, and they were throwing twigs and stuff, but he could see smoke and flames from somebody starting a fire. The engine is clear while I'm seeing with it right now.
