Intoxicated bicyclist fell at Fairfield and Oceanport

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded to Fairfield Avenue and Oceanport Avenue for a reported intoxicated person who apparently fell off a bicycle and was waiting for a driver on a nearby ramp.
