Welfare check on stranded driver at rest area

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported her daughter alone for several hours in a blue Jeep Compass along the interstate near the Cabin Creek rest area. A trooper conducted a welfare check at the rest area, and the daughter said she was okay and did not need assistance.
