Man and woman arguing in roadway on Seminole Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported dispute between a man and a woman near Seminole Avenue. The woman apparently walked away from the scene in the direction of Jewel Street and then left in an unknown direction.
