Smoke from building on East 12th Street in Oakland

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a possible structure fire at a building on East 12th Street in Oakland after smoke was reported from one side of the building. Multiple engines, a truck, and a battalion chief arrived, established command, and coordinated water supply and fire attack before some units were canceled.
