Wreck on interstate causing partial lane blockage

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a wreck on the interstate near Oak Ridge, Tennessee, with Tennessee Highway Patrol already on scene and part of the roadway apparently blocked. Units are later reported back in service.
