Originally came out as a 911 incident. Looks like it's more of a traffic concern. It's going to be a Walnut Drive and Church Road. Walnut Drive and Church Road. An 8-foot wide, about 16-foot long dumpster, call reported it's on the street, no signage around it. Very dangerous. They said it was only to a block of a lot drive going from Pennsville up to Termsville Station. The call was very adamant, but we do want to block a Walnut.
