Disturbance involving woman with knife and spray

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance near I Street in North Wilkesboro. A possible female subject who may usually carry a small knife for whittling and pepper spray was reportedly involved. Units checked an apartment and a nearby playground but initially could not locate her.
