Is the person in the wheelchair deceased or confused? i know that area. its nit well driven aa in people whip don that road without a thought. my goddaugter and son live down there closer to Walter. by the time you look one way and turn to the other someone is upon you and if youre backing out, you're toast if your head isnt spinning to keep out of dangerous drivers that speed .🤔
