Report of van using passengers to cash checks

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch requested units to check near a gas station by Circle K on Lafayette Road and later near a nearby bank for a reported possible fraud involving a white van whose occupants were allegedly trying to get others to cash checks at multiple banks. Responding units searched inside and outside the locations but did not find a vehicle or people matching the report.
