Elderly woman confused; others unresponsive near West Second Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical responders were sent to a home near West Second Street in Oak Park for a possible welfare check on an elderly woman who was confused and reporting multiple people asleep in the residence who she could not wake.
