I have an RP at (number withheld) County Road 1490 advising that a (name withheld) has been driving past their house multiple times, making circles in their driveway.

When the RP called, she advised he was currently in their driveway and then he took off east off in that area.

He's driving a blue Ford F-150 with a messed up headlight on one of the sides.

Be advised, he lives on the road to the south from her residence on the east, possibly County Street Twenty Nine Ten.
