Elderly man found unconscious with head wound on North Primrose

Spokane Engine 17, AM 93.

Caller was flagged down by another subject for an 85-year-old male, unconscious, uncertain breathing, slumped out of his vehicle on the ground, has a significant head wound as well, unknown cause.

All's been advised, they do have units dispatched.

They're attempting to start CPR, this has been upgraded to an echo call.
