Person possibly suicidal near bridge wearing pink jacket

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a welfare check after a caller reported a woman, possibly suicidal, near a bridge by North 2nd Street and Broadway, wearing a pink jacket and black pants. Units searched the bridge area and nearby blocks based on the caller’s information.
