Man in his 60s found unresponsive but breathing on bench

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to an apartment building near Pleasant Street in Newport for a possible medical emergency involving a man in his 60s found unresponsive but breathing on a porch bench. He later appeared to be awake and talking, and responders were told they could cancel.
