Smoke reported in home on Lake Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to an apparent structure fire reported near Lake Road in Newport. Smoke was said to be coming from floor vents, and residents were evacuating with pets. Mutual aid was requested from Carter County.
