Two unconscious people given Narcan on Lincoln Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded to a medical incident near Lincoln Trail and Eighth Street involving an adult male and an adult female who were both unconscious but breathing. Medics were requested, and Narcan was reportedly administered to the male subject.
