Man yells at driver in parking lot dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a business near McKee Street in Newfane for a possible disorderly conduct complaint. A man from a nearby bottle return business reportedly yelled at a caller about driving on the grass and made a comment about a tire being flat, then left in a red Ford Focus and may live in nearby apartments.
