As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a pedestrian walking in a westbound lane of I-80 near the Newcastle off-ramp, with a vehicle stopped nearby and another person apparently trying to intervene. A unit indicated they would check on the pedestrian while returning to the office.
