Disabled vehicle on I-95 ramp in Newbury

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a disabled SUV on the ramp from Scotland Road to I-95 south, where assistance was apparently provided by a towing service. Units also checked a possible animal-related hazard near Brimble Avenue and confirmed a raccoon had been removed from the roadway.
