Unoccupied Honda Accord investigated on Carpenter St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers investigated a possibly suspicious unattended Honda Accord parked on Carpenter Street near a blue house. A female driver was reported to have walked eastbound from the area while officers stayed with the vehicle and checked it.
