60-year-old female possibly having a stroke

As discussed during the dispatch call, medic units were dispatched to a possible stroke involving a 60-year-old woman who had seizures, fell and injured her chin, and was breathing but unresponsive with garbled speech near Lake Newburgh Drive and Old State Road 261.
