Dogs fought on porch causing scratches, no bites


that a dog bit her, that her service animal was attacked. 99 went over, advised that because she was on the porch, it was not a bite case, it scratched her, and the dog and hers had gotten to a fight on the victim's porch, and they attempted to separate that dogs, or the neighbor's dog, slipped the lease just before the incident while walking her dog. It was an unintentional loss of control of no bite.
