Small hedge fire at NE Canyon Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded near Northeast Canyon Lane in Newberg for a reported small hedge fire involving a section of arborvitae. Engine 20 and a heavy brush unit arrived and worked to extinguish the fire, which apparently had no nearby exposures.
