As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a bus driver reported possibly scraping Winter Mill Bridge in Newark on two separate occasions, causing cracks in the windshield. The bus reportedly has video footage of the bridge being struck.

In regards to Winter Mill Bridge, the driver advised that he saw him scrape the bridge and that caused one of the cracks to his windshield, which happened two distinct separate times.

He did also advise that the truck does have, or sorry, the bus has video footage recording the Winter Mill Bridge being struck.
