Burnt food triggers fire alarm on Williams Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported structure fire at an apartment building near Williams Street and East Elm Street. The alarm was upgraded after a caller reported an apartment on fire, but on arrival crews found no visible fire and determined it was burnt food on a stove. Units were returned to service after the situation was checked.
