Erratic pickup driver hits cone near Union Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an erratic driver in a black pickup truck who left a convenience store near Windsor Highway and headed toward the police department along Union Avenue, possibly striking a traffic cone and briefly leaving the roadway.
