Downed wire checked on Lincoln Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked reports of a downed wire near Lincoln Avenue after calls about a possible hazardous road condition. One side of the street was closed with flaggers in place, and officers reported no apparent hazard at that time.
