Report of possibly impaired driver leaving hospital

Hi. 3223 left Westfields approximately 3 min ago, went east on West 4th Street.

Was found from plate (number withheld).

Caller described it as a white sedan, although it comes back on a white Escape.

She stated that the female came up to them in the parking lot, was slurring her words and talking about her son who's at Grace Place and upset that she can't visit him.

She didn't get the female's name, but it was a white female, dark hair, wearing black shirt and blue jeans, middle-aged, and the caller's wearing gray.
