Report of assault in red pickup truck on US 19

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a be-on-the-lookout alert for a red pickup truck after a possible altercation between a man and a woman near a commercial area on US 19. The woman reported that the man hit her, and the man reported that she hit her head on the truck before the vehicle left heading southbound.
