Officer checks on caller after report of disturbance

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers went to a location on Inwood Street to interview the caller about a prior complaint. The caller reported someone knocking and asking them to call police about a brother who was reportedly acting irrationally. An individual believed to have dementia and their family were contacted, and officers later met with a woman away from the original location.
