Fire in front yard near house on Morrissey Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported fire in front of a house near Morrissey Lane in New Milford, with reports that flames were approaching utility wires. The fire was extinguished, power to the house was shut off as a precaution, and the scene was placed under control. Incoming mutual aid units were later canceled.
