Domestic assault reported at Shenandoah Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to a reported domestic dispute at an apartment complex on the (number withheld) block of North Congress Street in New Market. A man allegedly spit in a woman’s face and hit her, with both reported to be intoxicated. The man was reportedly attempting to leave on an electric bike.
