Driver threatens to run over complainant

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a harassment complaint at the American Legion involving a person in a maroon Chevy Blazer who reportedly threatened to run over the complainant before leaving eastbound on East 2nd Street. Officers were requested to respond to the scene.
