Tree down on wires blocks lane on Route 88

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near New Eagle and Route 88 for a tree that was down on utility wires, blocking traffic. One northbound lane on Route 88 was reportedly shut down while crews worked with the power company to clear the road and reopen the lane.
