Person with COPD down on roadway in New Brockton

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency occurred near First Baptist Church on East McKinnon Street. The patient was down on the roadway and had a defibrillator. The patient appeared to be sweating and has COPD. No pain was reported.
