Water rescue for occupant and four wheeler in flood

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to a water rescue near the (number withheld) block of LaRue-Green Camp Road for a four-wheeler stuck in rising high water with one occupant, who called for help. Fire and other units were reported en route, and air support traffic referenced three personnel returning to base.
