Vehicle in cable barrier on Highway 54

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of a black SUV off the highway in the median near New Bloomfield on Highway 54. Medical units were also dispatched for an unrelated medical call involving a person with abdominal pain and a dementia episode. The apparent vehicle accident was being checked by responding officers.
