Female diabetic shows stroke symptoms at State Route 1025

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded in Mahoning Township to a woman, born in 1950, who was reportedly experiencing stroke-like symptoms and mouth drooping at a residence on State Route 1025. Callers also reported she has diabetes and they were unable to check her blood sugar.
