Custody-related dispute; driver in gray Civic possibly intoxicated

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responding to a civil, custody-related dispute near Shorewood. Caller reports the child’s mother/biological parent came to the property, took the children, and left in a gray Civic toward 23 Mile. Caller believed she sounded intoxicated. She reportedly returned briefly with her grandmother causing issues, then left again.
